As the building had previously been known as a place frequented by sex workers and drug users, the exterior design emphasizes transformation and renewal through the use of vibrant colors, while still respecting the building’s original character. This approach clearly signals both the change in ownership and the new purpose of the site.
Inside, the simple layout of the units allows young residents in need to have everything they require within a compact personal space, combining a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom/living area.
